High Temperature Heat Transfer Fluids

Distillation Column

Function: The distillation column uses a fluid as the heat transfer medium, providing indirect, uniform, and precise heating through a closed-loop circulation system, which partially vaporizes the materials inside the column, thereby achieving efficient separation.

Fractionating Column

Function: Fractionating Column uses a fluid heat transfer medium to separate close-boiling mixtures via repeated vapor-liquid contact, achieving multi-stage distillation: low-boilers at top, high-boilers at bottom.

Thermal Oil Heater

Function: Thermal oil heater rapidly heats oil in a closed-loop system and circulates it to downstream equipment (e.g., reactors, calenders, ovens), providing stable, precise indirect heat with automatic temperature control for energy efficiency.

Reactor

Function: Heat exchange is achieved through a jacket or coil using thermal fluid, ensuring uniform and stable temperature distribution within the reactor vessel.


Common Applications: Biopharmaceuticals, pesticide synthesis, scientific research, chemical processing, etc.

Asphalt Heater

Function: Asphalt heater uses high-temperature thermal oil for uniform, precise heating to melt solid asphalt into liquid (pumping/construction), control prevents aging/coking, supports tank heating and pipe tracing at atmospheric pressure.


Common Applications: Road construction and maintenance, building waterproofing engineering, ports and large-scale storage and transportation bases, etc.

Mold Temperature Controlle

Function: Using a closed-loop system, it precisely heats/cools thermal oil to ±0.1–1°C, delivers it to mold/equipment channels, stabilizing mold temperature, improving product quality and efficiency.

Rubber Internal Mixer

Function: Through a closed-loop system, thermal oil uniformly heats the mixing chamber's jacket/rotor, providing precise temperature control. This ensures rubber mixing at constant temperature, prevents local overheating (scorch/vulcanization), and improves compound uniformity and quality stability.
